below. Review to see which level of applies to you. When selecting PayPal amount be sure to indicate the correct membership fee. The ‘Fee Schedule’ is located on the bottom of this page.
Note: before submitting payment please review the in the event your application is not approved, your application fee will be reimbursed minus a $25 administration fee.

Step 2: Professional Members and Associate Members please email additional required documentation and certification with Registration. Annual proof of CCH certification is required for all Professional Members. Professional Members and Associate Members are required to review and complete the following documentation:

Professional Responsibility Form & Complaint Process

Step 4: Once the registrar has received your full application, you will receive a secure payments link. For all other donations please email the registrar department directly.

Annual renewal application and payment are due by December 31.
Acceptance of application for AHA registration and renewal will be based on approval of the registrar committee. The Alberta Homeopathic Association has the right to refuse any applicants application as they see fit.
